Float Events was born out of my enthusiasm for big and bright artistic expression combined with a love for joy-filled celebrations and gatherings. I can always find a reason to celebrate and I'm hoping that's contagious.
As an artist with a background in interior design and a history of cake decorating, I've worked with many mediums at different stages of life. When I became a mom, I turned my attention to my own kids' milestone events and realized that balloons alone offer a world of creativity with endless potential. They're whimsical and timeless and perfect for any occasion. You definitely don't have to be a kid to get excited over balloons and what they represent. Although, the kid in me absolutely lights up every time I dive into a project.
I live in the beautiful paradise that is Qualicum Beach, British Columbia. It's my absolute joy to gather with my great big family every day here and to be able to help you infuse your gatherings with the excitement and joy that balloons stand for. I can't wait to meet you!
